So, you may ask who are we? Well we have many digital services and products but our specialty is restoration or duplication of photographs. We have been in the photography industry since 1992 and those many years of experience show in our work. Your picture is scanned and restored or just copied as you request. If restoration is requested and you would like an example before the full size images are printed, we can send you a wallet electronically via e-mail or a regular print by normal mail. And unlike many other labs, we will give free estimates and do as much or little work as you dictate. You can even set a price and we will work until that amount is reached. Our prices are some of the lowest in the industry as we believe in helping out people get their precious pictures restored, not to make a fortune. Some people call us the MEMORY SAVERS!
We all have those great pictures that we love that are fading or were carried in someone's wallet for too long and are quite worn, or there is someone in a photograph that we no longer want due to a family problem or otherwise.
We can correct the color, repair tears and many other problems. If part of the picture is missing, we can generally fix that as well. Then your restored photograph can be printed via our high quality equipment, and can be saved to a disk for more prints later. This disk is sent to you for a nominal fee. And of course you could send the original print again, but you would have to pay the scan fees and have any restoration work redone as well (not to mention shipping a rare photo again), so this is cheaper in the long run (if you plan on having more prints made). But why not scan the print I made for you? Well, the farther you get from the original image the worse the reproduction. Unfortunately there are still limits on what we can do even with the latest technology. So send us your print or preferably the print and negative, as scanning a negative is always results in better quality. But don't worry if you only have a print, we can still make a good reproduction from your print it just would be a little better scanned from a negative.
Your prints are handled with the utmost care, and we will will contact you when they are done, or if any questions arise. We do not GUESS unless you ask us to. We went into this business because I got tired of seeing the large labs destroy prints, negatives, or send out prints that have such terrible color that the person looks as if they have jungle fever! There is no excuse for this and we promise that if a print is of bad quality, we will not send it out! Our work is Guaranteed!
I know that you might be concerned with shipping out a rare photo. But if you pack it well and insure it, I am sure that it will reach us intact (feel free to inquire further about this). And you have probably seen some other services that just require you to take it into a local lab and have it scanned, then send them the file. While this might work, the quality will be lower. The reason is that a lot of labs do not have qualified people operating the scanning equipment. And while you will get a image, and we could use it, the end product will suffer greatly. Just please realize this if you send us a file rather than a original.

Also there is no need to be concerned with security, because we will not give out any information about our customers. Or use any image without prior permission. Our customers satisfaction is our top priority!
