Shipping Information: To send original prints to us for copying, restoration, or other work. Please package them well. Place the originals in separate water tight bags with cardboard on each side (but on the outside of the bag), with each piece of board larger than the original print and securely taped together on all sides (but only on the board itself, not the bag or print). You can place numerous prints together and use the same cardboard for all of them, unless it it is a large amount. And if looks like they might move around in between the cardboard, tape the bags to the board before you tape the two pieces of board together. Now place them in a box with ample room for the prints, packing material (old crumpled newspaper works well for this, but make sure to surround the print on all six sides), and a note telling us what you want done (please include a return address, e-mail address, and preferably a phone number as well). Now ship it via UPS to the following address: *NOTE: Due to certain difficulties, please email us to get the proper shipping address.* *We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope to have the problem solved in the near future.* If you can't or don't want to ship via UPS, then use some other shipper that gives a tracking number (the Post Office now offer this service as well but use REGISTERED MAIL as this provides the best protection they offer). This way if the package is misplaced enroute it can be located (very rare, but why take chances). Once we receive the package we will contact you via e-mail or phone that the package has been received. And if you requested an estimate, that will be included as well. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. |
